Wishing you a Christmas filled with joy, good food, and wonderful company—even if it’s just your own (or especially if it’s your own!). May it be a time for all of us to rest and recharge for the year ahead.

If you ever feel the need to escape the holiday madness, one of the best ways to do that is by carving out moments for rest and mindfulness—even if it’s just taking a few deep breaths. I’ve also started experimenting with Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep.” If you’re curious, you can find some excellent guided meditations on YouTube.
